Q) After broadcasting the contents to client, the client does not show the updated contents and needs to
reboot PC. Then the contents runs well.
A) This problem can be caused because there is difference of time betweeen Server PC and Client PC
when broadcasting the contents schedule.
For example, if the time of server PC is behind of one of client PC about 30 seconds, the updated contents
run after 30 seconds from completion of download.
In othwer words, 30 seconds passes during reboot of PC so the client can show the contents at the same
time as reboot.
Why this problem is caused, because the server time is not syncronized when the schedule is delivered
from server to client PC.
-- To syncronize the server time
Server pc → Control panel → System and Security → User Account Control Settings → lower the bar
to "Never notify" → Reboot

▶ Symptom: When the computer is booted, if the client player does not run and an authentication window appears
▶ Cause: A phenomenon that occurs because the computer recognizes the LAN card later than the client execution.
▶ Solution
- Open Option.ini of the client installation path (ex) C:\QSign 3.0\Client) and increase the value of “m_ndelaystart(ms)=”.
→ Before change: “m_ndelaystart(ms)=3000” > After change: “m_ndelaystart(ms)=5000”
